Took half day off today to see doctor. The 20 runs round the stadium last night left me limping home :( Doctor says I've over-stretched my tendons.. needs plently of rest. Advised to do cross training with lesser intensity. Still thinking if I shld continue with the company 10km run this month. hmm..
Anyway, didn't wanna slack too much. Brought my laptop back to work from home. Seems like this concept will not be unfamiliar soon. Quite enjoy actually. Able to rest and work as and when. All it takes now is to air-condition my room and it'll be perfect! hee.. :)
