Juiced Out

Whenever I have some inspiration to blog and the motivation to write, it always happens that I'm nowhere near a computer nor have access to one quick enough before that little flame of idea was snuffed out again by other distractions.

Once, I had a really great inspiration to blog about something, on a bus. The ideas were there. Sentences forming right in my head. I could feel it in my heart that the feeling was right. I knew exactly what I wanted to say/write but alas! By the time I reached my destination, all inspiration was gone.

Another time, I felt like penning down my thoughts digitally, but that was after my last TV show at night; when everyone and everything, (including my computer) was asleep. And every part of me feels like joining in the crowd. Too lazy to switch on the computer and startup the broadband again, I opted to hit the sack. That blog post only materialized in my dreams.

So it goes, whenever I have something good to write, I have nothing to write with. Still, all is not lost because sometimes I do manage to retain my thoughts for a little longer. But those times were rare. Perhaps it is a feeble attempt on my part to explain my ultra infrequent blog postings.

You may suggest keeping a little notebook; not a bad idea. Still, if I have time to take out a notebook and write, I'd have done it on a computer. Except on a bus of course.
