Countenance of a Worshipper

It's only after I joined the choir in my church that I begin to notice and realise this. The facial expression of a true worshipper is truly amazing. Inspirational yet gentle. Firm yet submitting. Totally immersed in worship and perfectly conscientious at the same time.

Of course, I'm not talking about myself. There's no way I can observe my own expression when I worship. I'm talking about others that I observed. In particular, Angeline who happens to be my ex co-leader in cell. Through her countenance when I saw her worship (she was teaching us how to sing parts, in case you wonder why am I looking at her), I realize how beautiful the face of worshipper is.

We must have looked so beautiful to our Lord Jesus when we truly worship Him in our hearts. Needless to say, I am beginning to have a new appreciation of why God loves it so much when we, His children worship Him. He must be saying "you are so beautiful, my child".
